Seamless Gutters Made to Fit Your Home
When your gutters are cracked, sagging, or no longer doing their job, a full replacement protects your home’s foundation, siding, and landscaping from water damage. EMC Remodeling installs seamless aluminum gutters built to handle Central Texas’s heavy seasonal rainfall.
Gutter Replacement Services We Offer
Full Gutter Replacement
We install seamless aluminum, K-style gutters custom-fit to your home. Unlike sectional gutters, which are pieced together from short segments and sold pre-cut at hardware stores, our seamless gutters are formed on-site to the exact length of your roofline — meaning there are no horizontal seams along the run to eventually crack or leak. We also offer the option to upgrade to 6″ gutters for increased water capacity during heavy Central Texas storms.
Fascia Replacement
If your fascia board has started rotting from years of water exposure, we can replace it alongside your new gutters — giving your gutter system a solid, healthy surface to attach to instead of covering up an existing problem.
Water Management Add-Ons
Beyond the gutters themselves, we offer rain chains as a decorative downspout alternative, splash pads to direct water away from your foundation and protect your landscaping, and custom downspout placement based on how water naturally flows around your home.

Signs You Need Gutter Replacement
Rotting Fascia
Fascia rot is one of the clearest signs your gutter system needs attention. Once the fascia board starts rotting, it can no longer support the weight of your gutters properly — causing them to sag, pull away from the roofline, and stop draining water the way they’re supposed to.
Water Pooling Near Your Foundation
If you’re noticing standing water, erosion, or small trenches where water comes off your roof near your foundation after it rains, your gutters and downspouts likely aren’t directing water far enough away from your home or are placed in inefficient locations. Simply adding new gutters won’t always fix this — sometimes it takes a longer downspout extension or repositioning the downspout entirely to actually solve where the water ends up.
Cracking or Splitting Seams
Over time, seams and joints can crack or separate, letting water leak out along the length of the gutter instead of channeling it to the downspouts — often showing up as staining or drip marks on your siding. This is one of the advantages of seamless gutters: since there’s no horizontal seam running the length of the gutter, the only spots that can fail are the corners and downspout connections, giving you far fewer points of potential failure than sectional gutters.
Frequent Overflow Even After Cleaning
If your gutters are overflowing during heavy rain even right after being cleaned, it’s usually a sign they’re undersized, poorly sloped, or too damaged to keep up — not just a debris problem.
Think You Might Need New Gutters?
Common Gutter Problems We Fix
Upgrading from 5" to 6" Gutters
Many homes come standard with 5″ gutters, which work fine for light rain but can’t always keep up with Central Texas’s heavier downpours — leading to overflow even when they’re clean and in good shape. Upgrading to 6″ gutters significantly increases water capacity, giving your roof runoff somewhere to actually go instead of spilling over the sides. It’s also a chance to update the look of your home with a new color, and you can add gutter guards at the same time to cut down on future cleaning.
Water diversion/direction
We can direct your gutter system’s water flow to a designated drain area, attach downspout extensions to connect with French drains, or even add a rain barrel to catch and reuse rainwater — whatever fits your home’s setup and your goals.
Foundation Erosion
Small trenches forming around your foundation from misdirected water can lead to foundation settling and shifting over time — repairs that can cost thousands of dollars if left unaddressed. Properly placed downspouts, corner units, and splash pads help control water flow and keep it away from your foundation before that damage starts.
Rotten soffit, fascia, and decking
Clogged gutters can cause water to overflow behind the gutter system, leading to rot in the soffit, fascia, and decking underneath. Once that wood starts to rot, it becomes an easy entry point for pests and can lead to mold. We can replace any rotten wood before your new gutters go in, so everything’s properly sealed up and ready to handle heavy rain.

Our Process
Measurements & Consultation
One of our owners will meet with you at your home to take precise measurements of your rooflines, ensuring your new gutters are custom-fit rather than generic pre-cut sizes. We’ll also ask where you’d like your downspouts placed and share our expert opinion on the best locations based on how water naturally flows around your home — helping you avoid pooling near your foundation or landscaping. You’ll also be presented with options on size, color, and add-ons before we move forward.
On-Site Roll-Forming & Installation
We start by removing your old gutters and downspouts, replacing any rotten wood we agreed on during the consultation. Your new gutters are then roll-formed on-site to the exact length of your roofline and installed with no horizontal seams to leak or fail over time. We finish by installing elbows, corners, downspouts, and splash pads for a clean look and proper water control.
Final Walkthrough
Before we consider the job done, we walk the property with you to make sure everything looks right and you’re fully satisfied with the work. Once everything’s finalized, we’ll send over your final paid invoice along with your warranty information for your records.
FAQ
Does insurance cover roof replacement, and can you help me get more covered
If your roof has storm or hail damage, your insurance will typically cover the replacement. We meet with your adjuster during the inspection, and if the initial estimate misses damage, we submit a supplemental request to make sure everything is properly covered. We do the job for exactly what your insurance approves — no more — so the only thing you pay out of pocket is your deductible.
Should I stay home during my roof replacement?
You don’t need to be home during your roof replacement. If you are home, we’ll check in with you throughout the day so you’re kept in the loop, but there’s no requirement to be present for the work to get done.
How long does roof replacement take?
A full roof replacement is typically completed in one day, assuming good weather. If weather causes any delays, we’ll keep you updated on timing.
What's included in a roof replacement?
A full roof replacement includes complete tear-off of your old roofing, replacement of any rotten or damaged decking, and full synthetic underlayment and ice and water shield protection. We also install new vents or ridgevent as part of the job, before your new asphalt shingle or metal roof goes on. We’ll deliver your materials the day of or before the job and complete the work in one day depending on the size of the roof when weather cooperates.
Are gutters included in a roof replacement?
If your gutters have sustained hail damage, we’ll make sure they’re included in your claim — filing a supplemental request if they weren’t part of the original estimate — and replace them once covered. We also offer new gutter and downspout installation if your home doesn’t already have one.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we offer financing options on all of our projects, so cost doesn’t have to be a barrier to getting the work done right.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — we handle all permitting for your project, so you don’t have to navigate that process yourself.
