Our Promise
We believe you should never have to choose between quality and price. EMC Remodeling’s Low Price Guarantee ensures you receive premium workmanship at the best value in Central Texas. We match any qualified written quote for a comparable scope of roofing or remodeling work.
We never cut corners or downgrade materials. We simply guarantee the best value across Central Texas, from Austin to Killeen.
What We Match
When you share a competitor’s written quote, we will evaluate the proposal and match the price when it meets the qualifications below. Qualifying quotes include:
- Roofing projects: full roof replacement, re-roof/installation, roof repairs, ventilation upgrades, and related components.
- Exterior projects: siding, windows, gutters and other scope-comparable work covered under our services.
- Apples-to-apples scope: the same materials, labor standards, warranties and project specs.
If the competitor’s bid omits critical components (for example, underlayment type, ventilation details or warranty terms), we will clarify scope first so you get a true comparison. For licensing and permitting guidance, see the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation and the City of Austin Development Services.
Required Qualifications
For the Low Price Guarantee to apply, the competitor must meet these standards:
- Physical business address listed on their website and in public records.
- Active company website with service and contact details.
- Google rating of 3.7+ with at least 5 public reviews.
- Written quote dated within the last 30 days. Screenshots or verbal estimates are not eligible.
- Matching scope: labor, materials, brand lines, accessories and warranty terms must be equivalent.
- Licensed and insured in the relevant jurisdiction. You can verify credentials at TDLR.
- Local contractor only: no storm chasers or out-of-area companies.
If a competitor quote falls short of these requirements, we can still provide a side-by-side comparison and explain any gaps so you can make an informed decision. For homeowner tips on hiring contractors, the FTC’s guidance is helpful.
